Chicken Wrap


Granted, this isn’t a KFC twister, but it’s easy to make and doesn’t taste half bad!


Ingredients:
1 x Tortilla wrap
1 x Chicken Breast cut into strips
0.5 x Cup shredded lettuce
4 x Tomato Slices
2 x tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
1 x squirt Lemon Juice


Preparation:
Fry the chicken strips in a pan, sprayed with Spray and Cook. Squirt some lemon juice and chicken spice on the chicken strips. After the strips have slightly browned, remove from pan and toss on to the tortilla.
Arrange the strips on the tortilla starting from the top to around ¾ way down to form a chicken strip. Cover the strip with the 4 tomato slices and season tomatoes. Add the sweet chilli sauce on top of the tomatoes. Add the lettuce and wrap it all up.

Chicken Breast: 152 Cal
Lettuce: 8 Cal
Tomato Slices: 16 Cal
Sweet Chilli Sauce: 45 Cal

  1. How about replacing the Sweet Chilli with some low fat mayo , or maybe half a spoon of chilli and half a spoon of mayo ?

  2. Well sure, you can do that. They all work out to pretty much the same in Calories. So if you like it hot - Chilli that baby up!
